Dyami Brown 2025 Fantasy Football Outlook: Is There Any Fantasy Value in the Jaguars’ WR3?
Dyami Brown to a one-year, $10 million contract this offseason. Brown was selected in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Washington Commanders. His career failed to get off the ground in Washington, but he did show signs of life at times in 2024. However, it only amounted to a 30-308-1 effort last year. Brown now gets a fresh start in Jacksonville and was a top offseason target for the new Jaguars regime. General manager James Gladstone has stated his affinity for Brown and belief that the league hasn't seen the receiver's best version. While that might be true, Brown faces massive target competition in the form of fellow receivers Brian Thomas Jr. and Travis Hunter. Both project as the team's clear top pass-catchers. Gladstone's comments on Brown were nice to hear, but the reality is it's unclear what kind of role he'll have behind Thomas and Hunter. That means Brown still carries little fantasy value entering 2025 but could emerge as a viable flex play if one of Thomas or Hunter is injured for an extended time.
