The Anaheim Ducks have acquired winger Chris Kreider from the New York Rangers in exchange for forward prospect Carey Terrance and a 2025 third-round pick. The Rangers also gave up a 2025 fourth-round pick in the transaction. Kreider had to waive his 15-team no-trade list, which included Anaheim, to make the deal happen. Since making his NHL debut in 2012-13, Kreider has played exclusively for the Rangers and will leave the Big Apple as the third-highest goal-scorer in franchise history. The 34-year-old has recorded 326 goals and 582 points in 883 career games. Next season, Kreider will look to put together a bounce-back campaign after finishing this term with only 30 points (22 goals, eight assists) in 68 appearances.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
