D'Onta Foreman Listed As Second On RB Depth Chart
1 year agoChicago Bears running back D'Onta Foreman is listed as the No. 2 RB behind Khalil Herbert on the team's first unofficial depth chart of training camp. Behind Foreman, the Bears list Trestan Ebner, Travis Homer and then rookie Roschon Johnson. Johnson has the most long-term three-down potential, but Herbert and Foreman easily have the longest track records in the NFL. But the Bears backfield is shaping up to be more of a committee approach with Herbert leading the way. The 27-year-old Foreman could handle a short-yardage and goal-line role, which would make him more of a touchdown-dependent RB4/flex in fantasy. Quarterback Justin Fields will surely steal plenty of goal-line TDs away, making Foreman a volatile fantasy asset in Chicago's committee backfield.
