Devin Singletary 2025 Fantasy Football Outlook: Likely Pushed To RB3 Role By New Additions
Devin Singletary clearly lost his RB1 job to Tyrone Tracy Jr., a rookie last season that was drafted by the Giants later in the 2024 NFL Draft. Things won't be getting much better from Singletary from here on out, either -- New York selected RB Cam Skattebo with the 105th overall pick in this year's draft. Using that draft capital in a stacked running back class seemed to indicate that the Giants were ready to put him in a prominent role in the backfield. Skattebo was ultra-productive in college, totaling over 2,000 scrimmage yards and over 20 touchdowns in his senior season. Such production likely gives the Giants confidence in handing him a significant workload. Skattebo and Tracy figure to be the team's two lead backs, with Singletary getting so little volume he likely won't register on the fantasy radar. There isn't much point in drafting him anywhere.
