Deshaun Watson Allowed To Return To Team's Facilities
2 years agoCleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is permitted to return to the team's facilities on Monday for the first time since his 11-game suspension went into effect on Aug. 30 for violating the league's personal-conduct policy. Watson will be allowed to take part in on-site rehab with the medical staff while also attending meetings with head coach Kevin Stefanski, offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt and quarterbacks coach Drew Petzing. He will also be allowed to take part in individual workouts with the strength staff. Watson cannot attend practices or games. The 27-year-old signal-caller will be available to return to the Browns in Week 13 against his former team, the Houston Texans. Until then, Jacoby Brissett will continue to operate as the starter under center.
