Derek Carr will be closely tied to the team's decision on what they do at head coach in the offseason. The Raiders and Carr have a mutual decision to make this offseason, and sources say the choice of the head coach will be a factor. Carr finished the regular season with a career-high 4,804 passing yards, 23 touchdowns, 14 interceptions and a 94 quarterback rating.
