Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle Considered "Day-to-Day"
Tyreek Hill (oblique) and Jaylen Waddle (undisclosed) will take part in joint practices with the Detroit Lions this week and called them both "day-to-day." Both Hill and Waddle didn't play in the preseason opener on Sunday against the Chicago Bears, but they are reportedly dealing with minor injuries and should be just fine for the Week 1 regular-season opener in early September. Still, they are both losing out on valuable repetitions this summer with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa as Miami's offense looks to bounce back in 2025. Don't be surprised if the Dolphins hold out Hill and Waddle for the second preseason game this Saturday against Detroit. With both receivers sidelined, it will give more opportunities to Malik Washington, Erik Ezukanma, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and Dee Eskridge.
