David Fletcher Stays White-Hot In Win
3 years agoLos Angeles Angels second baseman David Fletcher went 4-for-5, including a rare home run, in the Angels 7-1 win over the Mariners. Fletcher is absolutely on fire at the plate right now and has really delivered since being re-inserted as the team's leadoff hitter. Over his last nine games, Fletcher is 15-for-36 (.417) with four extra-base hits, four runs batted in and six runs scored. The 27-year-old heads into the All-Star break slashing .392/.411/.525 over his last 30 games and quietly has become a solid source of production in the batting average category in certain fantasy formats.
