Cowboys Re-Sign Cedrick Wilson, Antwaun Woods
4 years agoThe Dallas Cowboys re-signed wide receiver Cedrick Wilson and defensive tackle Antwaun Woods to undisclosed deals on Thursday, per the league's transaction wire. Wilson was a sixth-round pick by the Cowboys in 2018. Woods has started 32 games over his previous three seasons in Dallas, and he had seven starts last season. Wilson ranked fourth on the team in 2020 with 17 catches in a rotational role behind Amari Cooper, rookie CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup. The fourth-year veteran from Boise State had 189 receiving yards and two touchdowns, both coming in Week 3 against the Seattle Seahawks. Wilson also threw a touchdown pass and contributed on special teams. He's expected to compete with Noah Brown and Malik Turner for the No. 4 receiver job in Dallas in 2021.
