Chris Buescher qualified seventh for Sunday's race at Sonoma. The RFK Racing driver carried some of the speed that Brad Keselowski missed on his early efforts. Either way, the No. 17 car was awfully fast. Last year, Buescher was very quick during the second half of the race. He surged into the top three after Stage 2 and never looked back. He finished just behind Daniel Suarez as Buescher showed some road course prowess. Buescher even led four laps and his 128.3 driver rating was among the top five drivers last year.
