After another miserable outing on Friday, Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Carson Fulmer has been demoted to Triple-A Charlotte. Fulmer has really struggled this season with an 8.07 ERA. The former first-round pick got plenty of opportunities to keep his spot but failed. Fulmer will need to improve his mechanics and it's likely that he will get another shot in the big leagues for the rebuilding White Sox at some point this year. Hector Santiago could replace Fulmer in the rotation and can be avoided in all formats.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
