Pittsburgh Steelers six-time Pro Bowl defensive lineman Cameron Heyward (groin) is expected to miss multiple weeks with a groin injury that he suffered in the Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, according to sources. A trip to Injured Reserve is likely and all options are on the table, including surgery. It's a tough start to the 2023 season for the 34-year-old veteran pass-rusher, and fantasy managers in IDP leagues will now have to go in another direction for at least a couple of weeks.
