Brusdar Graterol Nearing Return To Action
Brusdar Graterol threw 15 pitches in a simulated inning on Saturday. According to manager Dave Roberts, Graterol is close to being ready for big league action. Roberts said that he has "one box left to check -- pitching on 2 out of 3 days." Graterol has been on the injured list since the start of the year. The team has said that he isn't injured and that the reason for him being on the injured list is "related" to COVID-19. Regardless, it sounds like Graterol should be ready for his 2021 MLB debut within the next week or so. He will be one of the team's primary setup men and could even be a dark horse for some save opportunities if Kenley Jansen's struggles continue.
