Brooks Koepka Looks To Add Players Title To His Resume
3 years agoFour-time major champion Brooks Koepka will attempt to add a Players Championship title to his impressive list of accomplishments this week. Koepka's lackadaisical attitude toward non-major events is well known in golf circles, but he's put forth some nice efforts in previous trips to TPC Sawgrass. The Florida native owns a 71.17 scoring average over five career Players starts. He's made the cut in each of his last four appearances in the "Fifth Major" with a pair of top-16 finishes since 2017. Koepka looked solid in his most recent start at the Honda Classic, where he gained 5.2 strokes total en route to a T16. He's a highly-volatile DFS option this week but possesses tournament-winning upside.
