Breshad Perriman Expected To Return Saturday
4 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Breshad Perriman (knee) is expected to return to practice on Saturday. Perriman's injury isn't serious, and he was having a really good start to camp before the ailment popped up. After a big year in Tampa Bay with six touchdowns, Perriman comes to New York hoping to boost the Jets passing game alongside Jamison Crowder. The former first-round pick should be the team's top outside receiver to begin the season, especially with rookie second-rounder Denzel Mims (hamstring) currently hurt. Perriman probably won't be very consistent in Adam Gase's offense, but he's worth a late-round flier for fantasy depth at the position.
