4 years agoThe Washington Football Team is activating a 21-day window for right guard Brandon Scherff (knee) to practice, and the three-time Pro Bowler will get back to practice on Wednesday. Scherff was injured in Week 2 against the Cardinals and was then put on Injured Reserve with an MCL sprain. The 28-year-old will be eligible to return for the Week 6 game against the Giants, but that's unlikely to happen unless he looks really good in practice this week. Despite Scherff's absence, rookie running back Antonio Gibson remains a solid RB2 for fantasy managers this Sunday against the winless Giants. Hopefully for Washington, Scherff is able to return in Week 7 if he's not active this weekend.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
