The Toronto Blue Jays have interest in trading for Pittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Mitch Keller, according to Noah Hiles of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Keller has also reportedly been the subject of trade discussions with the New York Yankees and Chicago Cubs. The 29-year-old righty is under contract through the 2028 season at an average annual value of $18.5 million. In 119 innings pitched (20 starts) in 2025, Keller has logged a 3.48 ERA, 1.14 WHIP, and 92 strikeouts. His 18.7% strikeout rate is his lowest since a five-start sample in 2020, but his 0.68 HR/9 and 5.5% walk rate are both the best of his career. A trade to a contender would certainly help Keller's win outlook, as he's recorded just three wins this season despite his solid overall numbers.--Will Brady
