Oakland Athletics closer Blake Treinen slammed the door on the Yankees in a 10-5 win Friday. He came on in the eighth inning and finished with 1 1/3 innings while allowing one hit and struck out two. Treinen hasn’t gotten many opportunities but he does have a 2-1 record and a 10.38 K/9. He has a slider/fastball combination that is downright nasty.
