Austin Dillon starts the Toyota Save Mart 350 from the 11th spot on Sunday afternoon. Dillon has struggled quite a bit this season but he does fare well on the 1.99-mile California track. Dillon has results of 11th and 13th in his last two efforts. He even flirted with the top ten last year before Dillon fell back late. The Richard Childress Racing driver actually qualified mere hundredths of a second ahead of teammate Kyle Busch. Both missed out on the final group of qualifying by the slimmest of margins.
