Andre Burakovsky Records Four Points In Win
5 years agoThe Colorado Avalanche steamrolled over the Buffalo Sabres for a 6-1 win on Tuesday night. Andre Burakovsky led the offense with a goal and three assists. He now has 14 points in his past eight games. His final point of the night gave him a career-high 39th point. He also matched his career mark in goals at 17 through just 48 games. Valeri Nichushkin also had a good game with three points. Nazem Kadri had a goal and an assist. He has six points in the last three games. Goaltender Philipp Grubauer rebounded from a recent poor outing versus the Flyers (five goals allowed) to stopped 23 of 24 shots against the Sabres. Sam Reinhart was the lone Buffalo player to find the back of the net. It was his fifth goal in the last 10 games. He’s one goal away from his third straight 20-goal season.
