Detroit Lions running back Ameer Abdullah was frustrated with his performance and his inconsistent role in the Lions offense last year. Abdullah rushed for 552 yards on a dismal 3.3 yards per carry. He expressed frustration with his limited role in the passing game, a role that was primarily handled by fellow running back Theo Riddick. With LeGarrette Blount and rookie Kerryon Johnson in the fold, Abdullah will have an even tougher battle for playing time next year. He’s not worth drafting in most fantasy formats, as his role is very limited at the moment.--patton
