6 years agoLos Angeles Angels first baseman Albert Pujols will get a second straight start and hit cleanup Friday against the Rays. Pujols went 1-for-3 on Thursday, smacking his 12th home run of the season in the Angels 5-3 win. The recalling of Justin Bour from Triple-A and a surging Shohei Ohtani is threatening to cut into the future Hall of Famer's playing time. But Pujols is now slugging .629 in the month of June and is slugging .531 against left-handed pitching this season. Pujols will be a boom-or-bust DFS play for Friday.--Joey C - RotoBaller
