In this article, I’ll be providing you with the top starting pitcher streamers for daily fantasy baseball (DFS) and for seasonal leagues for 5/20/16. These streamers will range from high-priced / high-ownership options to low-priced / low-ownership options, and will be sleepers and value picks for your cash games and GPPs on DraftKings and FanDuel, and also for seasonal leagues with daily lineups.

Daily Pitcher Matchup Ratings Tool Top Plays

Corey Kluber (SP, CLE) at Red Sox

FanDuel - $10,000 / DraftKings - $10,800

The system favors Kluber's strikeout potential more so than the Red Sox's dominant offense. Personally I am shying away from this matchup in 50/50 formats. No reason to test the giant that is the Red Sox.

Jake Arrieta (SP, CHC) at Giants

FanDuel - $10,100 / DraftKings - $10,300

Tough matchup on the bay, but Arrieta remains one of the top five pitchers in baseball and the Giants have the second fewest home runs versus righties.

Max’s Value Plays of the Day

Patrick Corbin (SP, ARI) at Cardinals

FanDuel - $8,300 / DraftKings - $8,200

Love this play for tourneys. Corbin has a tough matchup with Carlos Martinez, but the Cardinals offense hates lefties. Their .235 average and .654 OPS versus LHP are third-worst in baseball.

Matt Wisler (SP, ATL) at Phillies

FanDuel - $6,000 / DraftKings - $6,800

Opponent Aaron Nola has been on fire, but so has the less-discussed Wisler. He has a 1.93 ERA in three starts in May and a 13/4 K/BB ratio.

Starting Pitchers to Fade in Daily Fantasy Baseball

Matt Andriese (SP, TB) at Tigers

FanDuel - $8,500 / DraftKings - $10,900

Andriese has been excellent filling in the Rays rotation, but the Tigers are the best offensive unit versus RHP in baseball. Their .293 average is tops in baseball.

Sonny Gray (SP, OAK) vs Yankees

FanDuel - $7,500 / DraftKings - $5,700

Gray has been far from a wizard in 2016. He's allowed eight home runs already and has a 9.93 ERA in May.
