BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team PPR Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 12% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Last season Amon-Ra St. Brown grabbed all headlines with a ridiculous second half of the year playing for the Lions. That has been short-circuited this season as he's missed time, but that has only meant one thing: Josh Reynolds is now the man stepping up to keep the Lions' receiving corps alive and in as good shape as they've ever been.
Reynolds, who already played with QB Jared Goff in Los Angeles, has been a bonafide fantasy booster for the quarterback lately as much as he's been for great by and for himself. It's now been three weeks of Reynolds hitting 12+ PPR points as he's gone from 12.8 to 15.6 and finally 21.1 this past Sunday.
He had a perfect-but-dubious Week 2 outing (3-for-3 receptions, 38 yards, one touchdown) that left us wanting more and some sort of confirmation, but Reynolds surely proved his worth in the subsequent two games at Minnesota and hosting Seattle. Reynolds put up a 10/6/96 line in Week 3 and he's now coming off a season-high 21.1 PPR tally thanks to his 8/7/81/1 line on Sunday.
Reynolds has gone from finishing WR89 to WR35, WR26, and WR7 (pending MNF) in Week 4. Of course, he did so this past weekend without having to deal with Detroit's WR1 (St. Brown) and WR2 (DJ Chark) but even then he should keep a nice role in this offense given his exploits and rapport with Goff.
The only thing keeping Reynolds from being an All-League WW target is simple his WR3 role in the Lions' depth chart. Other than that and judging exclusively by his production, Reynolds should be rostered (and started) in every fantasy league no matter its depth or format.
