ANALYSIS: Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has seen an upward swing in his fantasy outlook for two reasons. First, the Browns traded Amari Cooper, opening up a larger role for Jeudy, and second, Jameis Winston is starting at quarterback now.
Sure, Winston might not be the most accurate passer, but he's going to throw a lot of them over the course of the season. Even if they aren't high-value passes, targets are targets.

In Week 9 before the bye, Jeudy was targeted 11 times, catching seven passes for 73 yards. He now has 19 targets over the past two games and over 70 receiving yards in both.
Cedric Tillman appears to be the No. 1 receiver in Cleveland, but Jeudy is still getting plenty of opportunities and should have a high fantasy floor going forward.
