ANALYSIS: Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore is the WR78 for the year, averaging 4.6 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. The fourth-year wide receiver struggled with Deshaun Watson under center, averaging 3.8 targets and 2.9 fantasy points per game over the first six weeks. However, he has been better since the change at quarterback.
Moore has averaged 5.7 receptions on nine targets for 51.3 receiving yards and eight fantasy points per game over the past three weeks despite not finding the end zone. While he has played well, the Browns could move the veteran wide receiver before tomorrow’s trade deadline.

Unfortunately, Moore is Cleveland’s No. 3 wide receiver behind Cedric Tillman and Jerry Jeudy. However, he has seen enough targets with Jameis Winston under center to add off the waiver wire in deeper leagues. The veteran could see a massive bump in fantasy value if he gets traded to a wide receiver-needy team like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
