Daily Fantasy Baseball Streamers - MLB Hitter, Pitcher Lineup Picks for Monday 5/10

Top daily fantasy baseball streamers and waiver wire adds for 5/10/21. Frank Ammirante identifies MLB hitters and starting pitchers to stream based on matchups.

Welcome to the another edition of our daily fantasy baseball streamers! Are you playing in leagues with daily moves and looking to beef up those rosters? We here at RotoBaller are there for you and all of your streaming needs.

Each day RotoBaller will provide you with some of the best streaming options to consider in both shallow and deep fantasy baseball daily leagues. Streaming hitters and pitchers to exploit matchups are important to help you win your league. You can also use these recommendations to help build your DFS lineups. This article will use rostered percentages and position eligibility from Yahoo! leagues.

Today we have an 6-game slate, giving us a shallow player pool for streamers.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy baseball lineup tools and resources:

Hitter Streamers for 5/10 - Shallow Leagues

Ryan Mountcastle (1B/OF, RHB, BAL )42% Rostered

Matchup: vs. BOS LHP Martin Perez

Ryan Mountcastle came into the season as an intriguing young power hitter with prospect pedigree, but he's gotten off to a slow start with only two home runs so far. However, he's starting to pick it up of late, going 5-for-12 (.417) with one homer and three RBI in his last three games. He's been much better against lefties this year, slashing .289/.293/.395 with a home run against them.

Miguel Rojas (SS, RHB, MIA) 25% Rostered

Matchup: at ARI RHP Luke Weaver

Miguel Rojas is scorching hot right now, going 11-for-24 (.458) with nine runs, two homers, and five RBI in his last six games. He's been a fixture as the leadoff hitter for the Marlins, so he's in a prime position to rack up runs. Rojas goes up against Luke Weaver, who has posted a 6.09 xERA this season. Ride the wave with Rojas because he has the ability to stick on your roster with how he's swinging the bat.

Austin Hays (OF, RHB, BAL) 18% Rostered

Matchup: vs. BOS LHP Martin Perez

Austin Hays is slashing .393/.414/.821 with three homers against lefties this year and he gets an exploitable matchup against Martin Perez. Hays has been hitting in the two-hole in this Orioles lineup, which bodes well for his production. He's hit safely in eight of his last ten games and we need to fire him up in this strong matchup at home in the bandbox that is Camden Yards.

Adam Duvall (OF, RHB, MIA) 17% Rostered

Matchup: at ARI RHP Luke Weaver

Adam Duvall is a better play against lefties, but he's still worth using because of his power upside, strong matchup, and favorable lineup slot. He's hit in the cleanup spot in eight consecutive games, so he's in a prime spot for run production. Duvall makes for a nice pairing if you decide to stack Marlins in DFS. He's also homered in two of his last five games.

Hitter Streamers for 5/10 - Deep Leagues

Bobby Dalbec (1B, RHB, BOS17% Rostered

Matchup: at BAL RHP Jorge Lopez

Bobby Dalbec has massive power, but with contact issues, so whenever we start to see him piling up extra-base hits, it's time to fire him up. Dalbec has done just that in recent games, going 4-for-12 (.300) with one home run, one double, and five RBI in his last five games. He has a terrific matchup against Jorge Lopez, who has given up seven home runs in 26.1 innings this season.

Pavin Smith (1B/OF, LHB, ARI) 14% Rostered

Matchupvs. MIA N/A

Pavin Smith is worth a look in deeper formats because he's been hitting leadoff for the D-Backs in seven of his last nine games. Smith has put up a hard-hit rate in the 79th-percentile. He's also gone 11-for-41 (.268) with three runs, one homer, and four RBI in his last ten games. While we don't know who's pitching for the Marlins yet, it's still worth it to stream Smith because of his prime spot in the lineup.

Hunter Renfroe (OF, RHB, BOS) 3% Rostered

Matchup: at BAL RHP Jorge Lopez

Hunter Renfroe is scorching hot right now, going 11-for-35 (.314) with seven runs, three homers, and nine RBI in his last eight games. He gets a great matchup against Lopez, who is giving up an xwOBA in the 27th-percentile. Renfroe has a good opportunity to go yard in this game at Camden Yards. The Red Sox should be able to pile up runs in this game and you'll want to have a piece of that action with Renfroe.

Isan Diaz (2B, LHB, MIA) 1% Rostered

Matchup: at ARI RHP Luke Weaver

Isan Diaz has shown some power upside since being called up, homering twice in nine games. He's been much better against righties, slashing .294/.429/.647 with two homers against them this season. Diaz should be a low-priced option in DFS who figures to go low-owned. He's worth a look in deeper formats. Take advantage of the exploitable matchup with Weaver on the mound.

Pitcher Streamers for 5/10 - Shallow Leagues

Kyle Gibson (RHP, TEX) - 62% Rostered

Matchup: @ SF

Kyle Gibson is rolling right now, allowing only six earned runs in his last six starts, spanning 41 innings. He's walked 10 and struck out 34 during that stretch. Gibson takes on a Giants offense that has struggled against righties, posting a 27.9 K% (T-29th) against them. He has strikeout upside in this pitcher's park.

Pitcher Streamers for 5/10 - Deep Leagues

Luis Garcia (RHP, HOU) - 7% Rostered

Matchup: vs. LAA

Luis Garcia has shown that he has strikeout upside, posting 14 strikeouts in his last two starts, spanning 9.2 innings. He's put up an impressive 29.6% CSW and 14.2% SwStr%. Garcia is worth a look in a home start against the Angels even though they're not an easy matchup. It's a tough slate for deep streamers, but Garcia sticks out to me.
