BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3
ANALYSIS: Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton has had an up-and-down career. The veteran wide receiver has struggled because of poor quarterback production. Thankfully, Russell Wilson has played well this year, making Sutton a fantasy-relevant wide receiver.
The former SMU star is the WR24 for the year, averaging 11.1 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. He has 41 receptions on 57 targets for 433 receiving yards and seven touchdowns this season. Sutton has more receiving touchdowns than the rest of the Broncos’ wide receivers combined. Furthermore, the veteran had a highlight reel receiving touchdown Monday night in the win over the Buffalo Bills.
Sutton had eight receptions on 11 targets for 53 receiving yards and the impressive score in Week 10. More importantly, he has scored a touchdown in four consecutive games and six of the past seven contests. Meanwhile, the veteran has an appealing matchup in Week 11 against the Minnesota Vikings.
Minnesota has given up 30.9 fantasy points per game to wide receivers this year, the eighth-most in the NFL. Last week, they surrendered 177 receiving yards, two touchdowns, and 37.2 fantasy points to the New Orleans Saints wide receivers. Sutton likely keeps his touchdown streak alive Sunday night.
