Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Carlos Rodon (shoulder) will begin throwing in extended spring training games Monday. Rodon has been progressing well and is targeting June as his return date. He is worth stashing if owners have the roster space to do so.

Chris Owings Diagnosed With Head Contusion

Arizona Diamondbacks utility man Chris Owings was diagnosed with a head contusion following a collision with A.J. Pollock on Thursday. Manager Torey Lovullo says that Owings avoided a concussion and will be day-to-day while he is re-evaluated. If he misses any time, Jarrod Dyson would be the main beneficiary of increased playing time.

Eddie Butler Lands On 10-Day Disabled List, Luke Farrell Called Up
