ANALYSIS: Powell's another player that's just not that talented and getting the most out of poor defensive play. His game against the Giants saw him run into wide open spaces as a receiver, and he's been utilized there often by the Jets but not often enough to make him startable. He's still looking like a handcuff for Ivory.
