Quincy Milton III - RotoBaller

496 articles

I am a diehard sports fan with a serious love for the Seattle Seahawks. However, I am a fan of all Seattle sports including the Kraken and the Mariners. I grew up around sports playing basketball, football, and lacrosse growing up. I went on to play lacrosse in college in Massachusetts and I have settled into the New England region for the time being. To this day I receive grief in New England about the infamous 1-yard line interception in the Super Bowl. Outside of sports I enjoy everything that has to do with the outdoors. Staying active is a big part of who I am and that manifests itself in sports and the outdoors for myself.

Rashod Bateman Not Practicing, Continues Injury Rollercoaster

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman (undisclosed) did not practice on Tuesday with soreness. The Ravens have not disclosed where Bateman is experiencing soreness or the extent of his injury. Bateman enters 2024 with an excellent opportunity to cement himself as the No. 2 wide receiver behind Zay Flowers. Injuries have prevented Bateman from fulfilling […]

Zamir White In Command Of The Raiders' RB1 Job

Las Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White seems to be in the driver's seat for the starting running back job. This is no surprise given that White finished the final four games of 2023, averaging 99.25 yards per game on 4.7 yards per carry in relief of an injured Josh Jacobs. With Jacobs now in […]

Anthony Firkser Signed By The Jets

The New York Jets have signed former Detroit Lions tight end Anthony Firkser. Firkser joins a Jets tight end room led by Tyler Conklin. Firkser only appeared in two games for the Lions in 2023 and did not record a statistic. This appears to be a depth add for the Jets as they prepare for […]

Josh Allen, Keon Coleman Showing Great Chemistry During Training Camp

Buffalo Bills rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman appears to be displaying early chemistry with quarterback Josh Allen in training camp. He was drafted with the 33rd pick in the 2024 NFL Draft to replace the void left by Stefon Diggs. Coleman has an excellent opportunity to step right in and take the reins as Buffalo's […]

Ray-Ray McCloud III Working With The First-Team Offense

Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud III was spotted working with the first-team offense on Monday. McCloud is currently listed as the No. 3 wide receiver on the Falcons' depth chart. Throughout his career, McCloud has primarily served as a depth piece and special teamer. In 2023, he caught 12 passes for 135 yards and […]

Nick Chubb Still Has A "Little Way To Go" In Recovery

Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb (knee) reportedly still has a way to go in recovering from a devastating knee injury suffered in Week 2 of 2023. Chubb's injury was so catastrophic that he had to undergo two surgeries to repair the damage. While he has been spotted sprinting and doing light agility work at […]

Ja'Marr Chase Still Not Practicing

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase is still not practicing. He has not practiced to start training camp, and the Bengals have not publicly justified his lack of participation. The Bengals star wideout is conducting his own "hold-in." Chase is entering the fourth year of his rookie deal, and the Bengals have already picked up […]

James Washington Signed By The Falcons

The Falcons signed former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver James Washington on Monday. After spending his first four seasons in Pittsburgh and one year with the Cowboys, Washington was out of the league in 2023. In 2022, Washington only played in two games and did not record a statistic. His best season came in 2019 when […]

Matthew Stafford Reports To Training Camp

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford took the field on Tuesday at the team’s training camp. Stafford was noticeably absent from Monday's practice due to a contract dispute involving a guaranteed money structure. It would appear that it only took one day for the Rams and Stafford to come to an agreement. Stafford finished 2023 […]

Kendrick Bourne Starts Training Camp On PUP List

New England Patriots wide receiver Kendrick Bourne (knee) is set to begin training camp on the PUP list. Bourne is recovering from a torn ACL suffered in October of 2023. Before his injury, Bourne was on his way to a mini breakout with 406 receiving yards and four touchdowns in eight games. Given the timeline […]

Antonio Gibson Placed On The Non-Football Injury List

New England Patriots running back Antonio Gibson (undisclosed) was placed on the active/NFI list to start training camp. The 26-year-old was added to the Patriots backfield as a depth piece and potential third-down running back. Gibson has been relatively durable throughout his career. He has played in at least 15 games in three straight seasons. […]

Tyjae Spears, Tony Pollard To Split Titans Backfield In 2024

Tennessee Titans running backs Tyjae Spears and Tony Pollard appear poised to split reps in 2024. While discussing a potential starter at running back, new head coach Brian Callahan indicated that both players could be interchangeable and may even share the field simultaneously. It affirms what many of us suspected heading into training camp, which […]

Tyler Higbee Placed On The PUP List

Los Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee (knee) was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list on Tuesday. This is unsurprising, as Higbee suffered a torn ACL and MCL during the Rams' Wild Card Game loss to the Lions in January. The Rams signed Colby Parkinson this offseason to serve as their second tight […]

Odell Beckham Jr. Injury Bug Persists, Placed On The Active/PUP List

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. (undisclosed) appears to be working through minor injuries to start training camp. The Dolphins placed Beckham on the active/PUP list on Tuesday. Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network indicated that this appears to be minor and part of the plan to ease Beckham back into football. After all, […]

Kimani Vidal, Isaiah Spiller Battle It Out For The Chargers' No. 3 RB Spot

Los Angeles Chargers running backs Kimani Vidal and Isaiah Spiller are locked into a positional battle for the No. 3 running back spot behind Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins (Achilles). With Dobbins recovering from injury and Edwards no stranger to injury himself, this team's No. 3 running back is an important position. Spiller is the […]

Terry McLaurin Sees Commanders Offense As The Start Of Something Special

Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin has had a career marred by constant quarterback changes and organizational dysfunction. Through it all, McLaurin has recorded four straight 1,000-yard seasons. His talent has constantly been on display with highlight-reel catches, and he has been a consistently solid presence in Washington's receiving core. With rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels […]

Lamar Jackson Still Not Practicing With "Pretty Bad" Illness

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (illness) was once again absent from the team’s practice on Monday. He was also unavailable for Sunday’s session. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh did not have an update on Jackson's condition beyond the fact that he remains out with an illness. Jackson is coming off a season in which he […]

Predicting All First-Time 4,000-Yard Passers in 2024 - NFL Fantasy Football Outlook

Even in the modern 17-game NFL, passing for 4,000 yards is still an excellent feat. It is generally used as a mark that separates average quarterbacks from good quarterbacks. Throwing for 4,000 yards is so difficult that even the Chicago Bears as a franchise have never had an individual top that number. The Seahawks and […]

Top Candidates to Dethrone Josh Allen as the Fantasy Football QB1 in 2024

Josh Allen has finished as the QB1 in fantasy football in three of the last four seasons. During that span, his lone finish below QB1 was as the measly QB2 in 2022. Allen has been about as reliable as any quarterback in fantasy. Allen's dominance comes from his combination of passing and rushing talent. Allen […]

Fantasy Football RB Committees Not to Avoid in 2024

Workhorse running backs are out and running back committees are in. The NFL has shifted to a committee approach to preserve running backs throughout the season from the rigors of modern-day athletes. Of course for fantasy football, running back committees dilute the potential for points. On the flip side, NFL teams have grown very efficient […]

Fantasy Football Backup Running Backs To Draft In 2024

Gone are the days of the workhorse running back. Unless your name is Christian McCaffrey or Derrick Henry, then odds are you have a backfield running mate who sees significant touches.
