I am a diehard sports fan with a serious love for the Seattle Seahawks. However, I am a fan of all Seattle sports including the Kraken and the Mariners. I grew up around sports playing basketball, football, and lacrosse growing up. I went on to play lacrosse in college in Massachusetts and I have settled into the New England region for the time being. To this day I receive grief in New England about the infamous 1-yard line interception in the Super Bowl. Outside of sports I enjoy everything that has to do with the outdoors. Staying active is a big part of who I am and that manifests itself in sports and the outdoors for myself.

Samaje Perine Officially Released By Broncos

Running back Samaje Perine was officially released by the Denver Broncos on Tuesday. Perine was previously reported as a cut candidate if the Broncos could not find a trade partner. The Broncos are moving forward with a younger running back group featuring Javonte Williams, Jaleel McLaughlin, and Audric Estime. Perine was a productive back with […]

Robbie Chosen Released By 49ers

Wide receiver Robbie Chosen was released by the San Francisco 49ers on Tuesday. Chosen signed with the team earlier in training camp but ultimately failed to make the final roster. Chosen has bounced around the league with stops in Carolina, Arizona, and Miami over the last two seasons. Chosen recorded four receptions for 126 yards […]

Tim Patrick Headed To Detroit

Former Denver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick is expected to sign with the Detroit Lions. Patrick did not make the Broncos' final 53-man roster earlier on Tuesday and appears to have found his new home. Patrick has battled injuries in recent years. He has not played since the 2021 season due to a torn ACL […]

Cardinals Release Michael Carter

The Arizona Cardinals released running back Michael Carter on Tuesday. Carter was clinging to a roster spot behind James Conner, Trey Benson, Emari Demercado, and DeeJay Dallas. Carter joined the Cardinals in the middle of the 2023 season and recorded 22 carries for 149 yards and no touchdowns in six games with the team. He […]

49ers Release Matt Breida

The 49ers released running backs Matt Breida and Ke'Shawn Vaughn on Monday. Both players had signed with the team this offseason and were fighting for a roster spot. Breida was signed following the injury to Christian McCaffrey (calf) earlier this preseason. With McCaffrey returning to individual drills Monday, he seems to be on his way […]

Linebacker Uchenna Nwosu To Miss Time

Seattle Seahawks outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu (knee) is expected to miss multiple weeks with a sprained MCL and could be placed on Injured Reserve. Nwosu had been playing lights out during training camp after a down year in 2023. The injury led to the Seahawks trading for Jaguars outside linebacker Trevis Gipson in exchange for […]

Zonovan Knight Released By Lions

The Detroit Lions released running back Zonovan Knight on Monday. Knight spent his rookie season in 2022 with the Jets and 2023 with the Lions, albeit primarily on injured reserve. During the preseason, Knight had 24 carries for 75 yards and no touchdowns. He ran an inefficient 3.1 yards per carry during the preseason. Knight […]

Broncos Release Phillip Dorsett

Former Denver Broncos wide receiver Phillip Dorsett was released by the team on Monday. With the Broncos already planning to move on from wide receiver Tim Patrick, they continued their overhaul of their wide receiving core with Dorsett's release. Dorsett was buried on the depth chart and unlikely to be much of a factor. He […]

David Njoku Will Return To Practice Tuesday

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku (undisclosed) will return to practice on Tuesday. Njoku had been limited for the past couple of weeks and was described as "sore" by head coach Kevin Stefanski. With little information available about the injury, fantasy managers can begin to breathe a sigh of relief with draft season in full […]

Malik Willis Traded To Packers

Former Tennessee Titans quarterback Malik Willis was traded to the Green Bay Packers for a 2025 seventh-round pick on Monday. With roster cuts underway, the Titans were able to recoup some value on Willis while also clearing a roster spot. Where To Target Each Position in Fantasy Football - Draft Playbook for 2024

If you are new to fantasy football, then you may have heard the terms hero running back, zero running back, heavy at wide receiver, wait at quarterback, etc. These are all various fantasy draft strategies. Every strategy is valid, but your favorite strategy should depend on your style of play. Each draft strategy comes with […]

Overvalued Fantasy Football WRs To Underperform Their ADPs - Davante Adams, Garrett Wilson, more

Fantasy football was once a running back-driven game. While running backs are still a hot commodity in fantasy, the number of elite wide receivers in today's NFL has made the position that much more important for fantasy managers. The wide receiver position is becoming almost as important as quarterback in the NFL. With so many […]

Dee Eskridge Looks To Make Seahawks Final Roster

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Dee Eskridge performed well in the Seahawks' preseason finale against the Cleveland Browns on Saturday. Eskridge finished with three receptions for 19 yards and returned a punt 79 yards for a touchdown. Eskridge is buried on the wide receiver depth chart. His best chance at a roster spot may be as […]

Kenny McIntosh Looks To Secure Seahawks No. 3 Running Back Spot

Seattle Seahawks second-year running back Kenny McIntosh may have wrapped up the No. 3 running back spot on Saturday. McIntosh drew the start against the Cleveland Browns and finished with one reception for nine yards and one rushing attempt for 56 yards and a touchdown. The Seahawks must have felt like they saw enough from […]

Jaxon Smith-Njigba Shows First-Round Talent In Final Preseason Game

In his final dress rehearsal on Saturday, Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba showed why he was a first-round selection in the 2023 NFL Draft. Smith-Njigba finished with two receptions for 32 yards on the Seahawks' masterful opening drive against the Cleveland Browns. Smith-Njigba showed off his hands and body control on a contested catch […]

DK Metcalf Finds The End Zone In Preseason Finale

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf beat his defender one-on-one for a 21-yard touchdown reception on Saturday. Metcalf finished his only drive with the lone reception on two targets. The Seahawks' offense looked sharp, and quarterback Geno Smith was accurate and on time. The Seahawks' wide receivers were primarily deployed in three wide receiver sets. […]

Geno Smith Masterful In Preseason Finale

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith went 4-for-5 for 62 yards and a touchdown on the Seahawks' opening drive against the Cleveland Browns on Saturday. The drive included highlight-reel throws of 25 yards to receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba and a 21-yard touchdown to receiver DK Metcalf. After throwing an incomplete pass to Metcalf on the opening play, […]

Raheem Mostert - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Should I Draft Raheem Mostert or De'Von Achane for Fantasy Football? Who Is The Dolphins RB1 for 2024?

The Miami Dolphins offense was electric in 2023. Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Raheem Mostert, and De'Von Achane give the Mike McDaniel system all the speed it needs to thrive. The Dolphins running game was very good in 2023. The team finished sixth in yards, first in yards per carry, and tied for first in rushing […]

Every Tight End With Overall TE1 Upside for Fantasy Football - Travis Kelce, Sam Laporta, Mark Andrews, Trey McBride, more

Travis Kelce has finished as the TE1 overall in six of the past eight seasons. During his reign of dominance, there have only been one or two other players in each given season who even had a chance to challenge for the TE1 crown. While Kelce is still an excellent player, he did finish as […]

Robert Tonyan Back On The Field Tuesday

Minnesota Vikings tight end Robert Tonyan (back) returned to practice Tuesday. Tonyan had been out of training camp and the preseason since July 31. Tonyan was still a limited participant in practice. He only participated in positional drills and sat out of the team portion of practice. His return is a welcome one for the […]

Zach Charbonnet Returns To Practice

Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet (back) returned to practice on Tuesday. Charbonnet sat through the Seahawks' second week of preseason with back tightness. Charbonnet finished his rookie season in 2023 with 462 rushing yards, 209 receiving yards, and one rushing touchdown. He still appears to be squarely behind Walker in the Seahawks' pecking order. […]

Kyle Shanahan Unconcerned With Christian McCaffrey Missing Training Camp

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan suggested that running back Christian McCaffrey's (calf) obsession with practice reps has him unconcerned with the running back's calf strain. When speaking with reporters on Tuesday, Shanahan explained that McCaffrey is so deliberate with every rep he can take when healthy, that the missed time should not affect […]

Cowboys, CeeDee Lamb Having "Promising Talks"

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is reportedly having promising contract talks with the team, according to owner and general manager Jerry Jones. […]

Matthew Stafford Back In Team Drills

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford (hamstring) was back in team drills on Tuesday. Stafford left a joint practice with the Dallas Cowboys with hamstring tightness last week. Saquon Barkley Exits Team Drills, Doesn't Return

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley (undisclosed) exited team drills at Tuesday's practice and did not return. Little information is available on Barkley's status. Given Barkley's relatively extensive injury history, any potential injury news is concerning. Barkley ran for 962 yards and six touchdowns and added 41 receptions for 280 yards and four touchdowns in […]

Giants Restructure Contract Of Tackle Andrew Thomas, Create Cap Space

The New York Giants restructured the contract of left tackle Andrew Thomas to create $3.34 million in salary cap space on Monday. The move gives the Giants $18 million to work with as teams prepare to make their final signings heading into the season. The Giants have plenty of holes to plug along the offensive […]

Steelers Offer Brandon Aiyuk Less Than $28 Million Per Year

The Pittsburgh Steelers were reportedly a call away from landing wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk in a trade with the San Francisco 49ers. However, new details about the situation have shed light on the hold-up of the talks. The Steelers offered Aiyuk less than $28 million annually for a new contract. The offer has pushed Aiyuk […]

Sean Clifford Outplayed By Michael Pratt

Green Bay Packers backup quarterback Sean Clifford was outplayed by third-stringer Michael Pratt during Sunday's preseason game. Clifford finished 6/10 for 43 yards and an interception. Pratt fared slightly better going 10/16 for 52 yards. The Packers could not get anything going on offense without their starters. The offense did not score and the team […]

Bo Melton Has Another Quiet Preseason Outing

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Bo Melton recorded two receptions for 10 yards in Sunday's preseason loss to the Broncos. The Packers quarterbacks threw for a total of 95 yards with a 3.7 yards per completion average. Sunday's game was a game to forget for the Packers offense. Melton played a legitimate role for the […]

Malik Heath With Another Solid Preseason Showing
