Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller

5043 articles

You won't find a bigger Cubs fan than myself. Aside from my love of fantasy sports, which includes MLB, NFL and NBA, I own my own animal care business. I graduated from Columbia College in Chicago and currently reside in Chicago, IL. My love of fantasy sports started for me in the early 2000's and I have steadily been active with the same group of friends year in and year out for every league in baseball, basketball and football. I am hoping to help all RotoBaller members with any questions they may have. I consider myself an expert with minor league prospects, as it is a love of mine. I hope to give the best advice I can to the RotoBaller world!

Mike Williams Will Look For Another Big Game In Week 4

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams has been off to a sensational start this year and he will look to continue that in Week 4 versus the Las Vegas Raiders. Entering his contract year, the oft-injured receiver has caught 22 balls for 295 yards and four touchdowns in his first three games. Things should […]

Austin Ekeler Remains An RB1 In Week 4

Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler has been off to a strong start this season, and fantasy managers should expect that to continue in Week 4 versus the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders defense is allowing around 77 yards per game in the first three weeks of the season, but that number would be […]

Justin Herbert Will Look For Another Big Performance In Week 4

Los Angeles Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert will look to build off of his breakout game of the season in a Week 4 battle versus the Las Vegas Raiders. Patrick Mahomes Will Look To Limit Turnovers In Week 4

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes will look for better results in a Week 4 matchup versus the Philadelphia Eagles. The signal-caller struggled with two interceptions in a Week 3 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, but still threw for 260 yards and three touchdowns. The Eagles defense has limited opposing quarterbacks to just 197 […]

Elijah Moore Misses Second Straight Practice

New York Jets rookie wide receiver Elijah Moore (concussion) remained sidelined for Thursday's practice with a concussion that he suffered in Week 3. The former Ole Miss Rebel entered the season with high hopes, but rookie quarterback Zach Wilson and the Jets offense has been a mess so far this season. With veteran wide receiver […]

Keenan Allen Is A Limited Participant On Thursday

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen (ankle) was a limited participant for Thursday's practice. The veteran was still able to get in some practice this afternoon and managers shouldn't be overly concerned at the moment with the Chargers playing on Monday. Allen has been putting up WR1 numbers this season and has 21 receptions […]

George Kittle Misses Second Straight Practice

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (calf) missed his second straight day of practice on Thursday. The star tight end has been dealing with a calf injury and Friday's practice status should bring more clarity on if the veteran will suit up in Week 4 versus the Seattle Seahawks. If Kittle were to be […]

Melvin Gordon III Is A Limited Participant On Thursday

Denver Broncos running back Melvin Gordon III (ribs, leg) was a limited participant in practice on Thursday. Gordon has rushed 42 times this season for 192 yards and two touchdowns, […]

Tyler Lockett Sits Out Practice On Thursday

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett (hip) went from a limited participation on Wednesday to not practicing Thursday with a hip injury. Isaiah Wilson Gets A Workout With The Giants

Offensive lineman Isaiah Wilson worked out for the New York Giants on Tuesday. Wilson was a first-round pick by the Tennessee Titans in 2020, but he only played in one game due to numerous off-the-field incidents. Ryquell Armstead, Ito Smith Work Out For Patriots

After losing James White (hip) indefinitely with a hip injury, the New England Patriots worked out four free agent running backs. Seahawks Waive Jake Luton

The Seattle Seahawks waived quarterback Jake Luton on Tuesday. Luton had been inactive in all three games this season. Veteran Geno Smith will now be the lone option backing up Russell Wilson, although it's certainly possible that Luton is brought back to be a member of the practice squad. Luton played in three games for […]

Broncos Elevate Brett Rypien To Active Roster

The Denver Broncos have promoted quarterback Brett Rypien from the practice squad to the active roster. Rypien drew interest from another team and rather than lose him, the Broncos will now roll with three quarterbacks on the active roster. Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater remains the starter in Denver with Drew Lock backing him up. It would […]

Free-agent wide receiver Jaelen Strong is attempting a come back and has reportedly received interest from a number of NFC and AFC teams. Tee Higgins Remains Sidelined

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins (shoulder) remained on the sidelines for Tuesday's practice.
