The Philadelphia Eagles signed free-agent quarterback Joe Callahan. Waived by the Green Bay Packers a few days earlier, Callahan went through waivers unclaimed. With Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles firmly planted as Carson Wentz's backup, Callahan will be little more than a camp arm for the defending Super Bowl champions.
