Chris Buescher may have some problems at Fontana on Sunday. Buescher has only shown a positive place differential in one race at the track (his debut there). After that, it has been a series of decreases. The RFK racing driver has finished 16th at Fontana the last two starts. He qualified 11th and 14th though. Buescher has not come all that close to leading any laps either. The No. 17 racer does not expect to stay in the top-15 long. He raced there at less than a 20% rate even in 2019 and 2020.
