New Orleans running back Alvin Kamara (knee) was back at practice on Wednesday after missing Sunday's game. Being back at practice this early in the week is obviously a good sign that Kamara will suit up in a tough matchup against the Eagles. If he plays, he should obviously be in your lineup; however, the Saints haven't hesitated to give some of Kamara's workload to Mark Ingram II, so I would definitely expect that to be the case with Kamara coming off of injury. As a result, he's probably more of a low-end RB1 this week as opposed to his normal elite tier. Ingram should also be held in leagues where he is on a roster just in case Kamara isn't 100% as he makes his way through the week of practice.--Eric Samulski
