Stephen Curry couldn't stretch his run of 30-point games to 12 on Wednesday, settling for 18 points In a 118-114 loss to the Wizards. He was killing it from downtown throughout the streak, sinking 78 total triples, but the former MVP went completely cold on Wednesday, hitting only 2-for-14 from outside. He ended up with 7-for-25 overall shooting and had eight assists, seven rebounds, one steal and six turnovers. Kelly Oubre Jr. led the team in scoring with 24 points off the bench. Curry has a chance to start building another streak on Friday against Denver. He dropped 53 points on the Nuggets in the previous meeting between the two clubs.
