Chip Ganassi Racing's Kurt Busch failed inspection three times before Sunday's Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway and will have to start from the rear of the field. In addition, Busch has to serve a pass-through penalty when the race starts, all but insuring that he'll drop off the lead lap right from the start. Busch should get his lap back during the competition caution provided he's the first car one-lap down at that point, but it's still a big blow to Busch's chances on Sunday. He'll still be scored from the 12th-place position, and while he has a good chance to recover, there's obviously a lot more downside to Busch than there was before the penalty.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
