The Detroit Lions have had a lot of pre-draft contact with Clemson linebacker Isaiah Simmons, who is in the mix at pick No. 3, according to sources. The Lions hold the third overall pick in the first round of the draft on Thursday night, but they have been engaged with multiple teams about possibly trading out of the No. 3 spot. If they stand pat, Simmons, Ohio State cornerback Jeff Okudah and Auburn defensive tackle Derrick Brown are among the options they could go with at No. 3 overall. If Detroit can trade back a few spots and still get their guy, they'd obviously prefer to do that.
