LeQuint Allen Jr. Feels He Belongs in the NFL
Jacksonville Jaguars senior writer John Oehser reports that Jackonville Jaguars running back LeQuint Allen Jr. says "he belongs" and that "I feel like when I put the pads on, I'm just as good as anybody." Allen did not receive many carries in the preseason, with only two rushing attempts for 18 yards and zero touchdowns, but averaged nine yards per rush. Allen prides himself on being an elite pass-blocker and has showcased that in Jaguars training camp. Allen is currently fourth on the depth chart behind Tank Bigsby, Travis Etienne, and Bhayshul Tuten and will need to continue to impress in camp to make the 53-man roster. If the Jaguars decide to trade any of their running backs, it would significantly improve his chances of making the roster.
