Toronto Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo told reporters Wednesday that shortstop Freddy Galvis could be on his way to the injured list as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury. The 29-year-old, currently holding the longest active streak of games played, initially exited Sunday's game early with stiffness in his left leg. On Wednesday, he will sit again and Montoyo's comments are a cause for concern. Galvis has been terrific early on this season, batting .311 with five home runs and 12 RBI. His possible move to the injured list could coincide with the highly-anticipated debut of Vladimir Guerrero Jr., who could be promoted soon.--RDelgado
