FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Lineup Picks (6/14/17): MLB DFS Advice

Happy hump day Rotoballers. We have an 11 game main slate tonight, with options a plenty at every position. There are some gas cans you want to pick on tonight, so stacking against them is a good option. As of now, it shows that five of the eleven games may have some type of rain. So be sure to check in on that before first pitch.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel on 6/14/2017. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options, and of course, value plays

Offensive Stacks

Arizona Diamondbacks vs Jordan Zimmerman

Zimmerman is having an awful year, because he isn't a good pitcher. This season, he has a .404 wOBA vs lefties, and a .364 wOBA vs righties. He also has a 2.00 for higher HR/9 vs both types of hitters. Flat out, he isn't good. Everyone is in play for the powerful Diamondbacks offense, and Jake Lamb should be an auto lock in all formats tonight. There is a bit of wind blowing in from center, so the homers may not be there, but plenty of hits for everyone.

FanDuel DFS Pitchers

Ervin Santana - P, vs SEA ($9,500)

Santana is surprising some people with how well he has been pitching this year, and is a good cash game option for tonight. Over his last four starts, he had one real bad game, but if we subtract that, the other three look like this: 2 Complete Games, 1 ER, 11 Hits, and 17 Strikeouts. Super strong numbers, and is really showing his stuff this year, and that one bad game recently should almost be taken as a bit of a fluke. He has a super low WHIP of 0.74, and has put up 10 quality starts in his 13 outings.

Michael Pineda - P, @ LAA ($8,700)

Pineda is having a very strong season, and is consistently striking out batters. He has 75 SO in 71 IP, and averaging over six a game. He is a great cash option tonight, in a pitchers park, and is a bit cheaper than the top few options. The Angles only have a 20% strikeout rate vs right-handed pitching this season, which is one of the better ones in the league. Pineda should hit his average for strikeouts but probably not many more.

FanDuel DFS Infielders

Yasmani Grandal - C, @ CLE ($3,100)

Grandal is always a good option when it comes to catcher. He bats pretty high in the order, and gets you some exposure to the Dodgers offense. He is at a hitters park tonight, and this season vs right-handed pitching, he has a .354 wOBA and a .193 ISO. Great cash game option.

Tommy Joseph - 1B, vs BOS ($3,300)

Joseph is one of the few shining lights on the lowly Phillies offense. He is at home, in a hitters park, and has good numbers vs left-handed pitching this season. He has a .302 wOBA and a .320 ISO. So big time power upside and great as a one off in a tournament.

Starlin Castro - 2B, @ LAA ($3,400)

Castro had a very strong weekend series vs Baltimore, he has three home runs in three games. He has a bit of a negative park shift being at the Angles, but the production potential is still there. He has a .393 wOBA and a .236 ISO vs right-handed pitching this season. Decent price and gets you exposure the the always potent Yankees offense.

Jake Lamb - 3B, @ DET ($4,000)

Lamb is in a super favorable spot tonight, facing off against Jordan Zimmerman, who simply isn't a good pitcher. This season he has a .436 wOBA and a .333 ISO. He is absolutely mashing the ball vs RHP, and is always a threat to go deep. Love him for cash games, since you know the consistency is there.

Eric Sogard - SS, @ STL ($3,100)

Sogard is best used in a stack tonight, and has a favorable match up in front of him. This season, he has a .437 wOBA and a .485 OBP vs right-handed pitching. He is getting on base vs righties, and being in the Brewers offense, which has a ton of power upside, it often puts him in spots for success.

FanDuel DFS Outfielders

Delino DeShields - OF, @ HOU ($3,400)

DeSheilds is always a nice option with upside, due to his stolen base potential. He doesn't hit for a ton of power, but this season vs right-handed pitching, he has a .303 wOBA and a .333 OBP. So if he gets on, he will attempt to swipe a bag, which makes him a great tournament play.

Carlos Beltran - OF, vs TEX ($3,400)

Beltran always has a few things going for him. He has home run potential, and generally bats high in the always dangerous Astros offense. This season versus right-handed pitching, he has a .310 wOBA and a .205 ISO. At home in a hitters park, he is best in a stack.

Michael Brantley - OF, vs LOS ($3,300)

Brantley is a bit too cheap tonight, and considering his match up, he is a great option. He is at home in a hitters park, and this season vs right-handed pitching, he has a .360 wOBA and a .167 ISO. Great numbers for a hitter this cheap, he is playable in all formats.
