ANALYSIS: Arian Foster's 2015 is unfortunately over much earlier than anticipated, and that makes Blue the next man up. Blue was decently ineffective his first time around as the starter, but the offense has changed since then and being optimistic about his potential to perform now that Hopkins has truly broken out is reasonable. I'm not rushing to spend all my waiver budget on Blue, but i'll give him a shot. He should be owned in all leagues.
