NBA DFS Lineup Picks & Sleepers- Draftkings Advice for 1/26

All throughout the 2014-15 campaign, RotoBaller will be giving you the top NBA DFS lineup picks at the guard, forward and center positions as well as a couple of sleepers for the day. Below are our favorite picks for January 26, 2015.

Keep in mind, fantasy basketball is a fickle game when it comes to injured players, so be sure to check all lineups prior to tip-off.  If you want to chat about your roster picks, check out the DFS chat room at the bottom of this post.

Editor’s Note: If you haven’t tried out DraftKings 1-day fantasy basketball leagues, RotoBaller offers the best bonuses around for these games. Sign up here and make a deposit for a new DraftKings account, and receive a 100% bonus on your deposit up to $200.

Worth the Investment

Damian Lillard (Portland, PG) -$9,300

Damian Lillard is starting to come around after a minor slump in early January.  The Trailblazers point guard is realizing his team is going to need 100% from him to stay near the top of the Western Conference.  Lillard is facing the Brooklyn Nets tonight who struggle defending the point. His asking price is $9,300 on DraftKings and would need 37.2 fantasy points to be worth his cost.  With LaMarcus Aldridge deciding not to have surgery on his thumb this will open things up for Lillard.  Lillard has averaged 36 FPPG in his last 5 games and is showing no signs of slowing down.  There are alot of solid options at point guard tonight but none better than Damian Lillard.

Also Consider: Mike Conley (Memphis PG $7,100), Tyreke Evans ( New Orleans SG$8,200)

Zach Randolph (Memphis, PF) - $8,100

Since returning from injury in early January Randolph has been an absolute beast. The Grizzlies forward has posted a double double in all 8 of those games averaging 36.3 FPPG. Tonight he faces the Orlando Magic who frankly have no one who can guard him. Randolph's asking price is a generous $8,100 on draftkings and in my opinion the biggest steals of the night.  To achieve 4x his price Randolph needs 32.4 fantasy points which should be no problem. Look for the Magic to keep this game close and only help Randolph achieve his maximum output.

Also Consider: Carmelo Anthony ( New York SF $8,900), LaMarcus Aldridge ( Portland PF $9,500)

Demarcus Cousins (Sacramento, C) $10,900

Cousins has been undoubtedly the best center in the NBA so far this year putting up monster numbers. Though it seems everyone else on the Kings roster has given up, Cousins is the exact opposite and brings it every game. Tonight he is in a matchup against the very thin front court of the New York Knicks.  Over his last 5 games Boogie has averaged  38.6 minutes and that has resulted in 52.98 fantasy points. Cousins is listed at a price of $10,900 on draftkings. In order to justify his cost he will need 4x his price for around 43.6 fantasy points.  Considering he is averaging 49 FPPG and will play alot of minutes in what is considered to be a close game he is a must tonight.

Also Consider: Nikola Vucevic ( Orlando C $8,800)

Top Sleeper

Brandon Bass (Boston, PF) - $4,400

Brandon Bass has been on a roll as of late after earning the starting nod. At a price of only $4,400 on Draftkings he will need a measly 17.6 points.  Boston will be on the road against the Utah Jazz in what should be a back and forth game. Bass has scored 43.8 and 38 fantasy points in his last two outings resulting in an astounding 9-10x his cost in those games.  If you're in need of a cheap player that can produce look no further than Brandon Bass.

As always be sure to check back for all your injury updates and lineup changes before tip off. Good luck RotoBallers!
