New York Jets wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr. (ankle) was a full participant in Friday's practice and is set to play against the New England Patriots on Sunday, according to Ian Rapoport. The first-round rookie has been sidelined since injuring his ankle in the season opener against Tennessee, where he caught one pass for 30 yards before exiting after five offensive snaps. Cooper returned to practice Wednesday after the Jets opened his 21-day window to come off injured reserve, then logged limited sessions Wednesday and Thursday. He must be activated to the active roster before kickoff. With Adonai Mitchell (finger) also ruled out, Cooper could see immediate playing time, although his workload remains uncertain after a five-week absence. His return gives New York another option in the passing game, but fantasy managers should leave him on the bench until his role becomes clearer.--Bruno Mulé
