The Chicago Bulls are hiring Alex Kaufman as general manager of their G-League affiliate, the Windy City Bulls, and adding Jarrett Sutton as a scout, HoopsHype's Michael Scotto reports. Kaufman, who ran the Pelicans' G League operation last season, and Sutton both spent six years alongside new Bulls executive vice president Bryson Graham in New Orleans. The moves continue Graham's front-office buildout, which already added senior vice president Stephen Mervis and player personnel VP Acie Law last month. This one carries no immediate fantasy impact. The longer-term read matters more: Graham is consolidating a Pelicans-rooted scouting and development pipeline ahead of a pivotal draft for a 31-51 team, and a sharper Windy City operation shapes how Chicago grows its young and two-way prospects worth tracking in deeper formats.--Brian Dailisan
