James Harden Leads the Way for Cavaliers in Game 5 Victory
Cleveland Cavaliers guard James Harden led his team to a 117-113 overtime victory in Game 5 against the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday night. He scored a team-high 30 points with an 8-for-21 effort from the field, adding eight rebounds, six assists, one steal, and three blocks. Harden was 3-for-10 from downtown and 11-for-14 at the charity stripe. The former MVP struggled with efficiency and committed six turnovers, but he made a big mark in the contest. It was only his third 30-point game as a Cavalier. Cleveland has come back from a 2-0 series deficit and can advance to the Conference Finals on Friday night. Harden is averaging 21.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, 6.8 assists, 1.2 blocks, and 1.4 steals in the series.
