Golden State Warriors forward/center Al Horford (calf) will be re-evaluated in one week, the team announced on Friday. The veteran big man will miss an eighth consecutive game on Friday against Washington due to a strained right soleus. Golden State noted that Horford is making "good progress" and has started light on-court workouts in recent days. After Friday night, Horford will miss at least three more games, but he could be available for the final few regular-season matchups. With Quinten Post (foot) also out, Draymond Green and Kristaps Porzingis must carry the frontcourt. Omer Yurtseven has also entered the rotation and signed a second 10-day contract with the Warriors earlier this week.--Taavi Pailk
