Chicago Bulls guard Anfernee Simons and Jaden Ivey are available Thursday against the Toronto Raptors, Sportsnet's Michael Grange reports. Both players are new arrivals to the team, and it was initially unclear whether the Bulls could count on them against Toronto. It's great news for the team that the duo is available, as the backcourt will be without Josh Giddey (hamstring) and Tre Jones (hamstring). As a result, Simons and Ivey could have a heavy workload right off the bat with the Bulls. Forward/center Guerschon Yabusele is also active on Thursday, but he isn't expected to play a significant role.--Taavi Pailk
