Detroit Pistons forward Ausar Thompson (ankle) has a chance to return from a three-game absence due to an ankle sprain. On the official injury report against the Indiana Pacers on Monday, Thompson drew a questionable tag. The dynamic wing hasn't played since their win over the Phoenix Suns on November 9, but he has seen career highs in almost every category across the board. He's averaging 13.9 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.8 steals, and 1.4 turnovers across 29.1 minutes per game. If he remains out for a fourth consecutive game, Duncan Robinson and Ron Holland II will continue to see more opportunities.
